Minimalist Real Estate Card Design

I need a clean, minimalist business card that still feels aligned with our established corporate colours. The card will carry only the essentials—my name, job title, and direct contact details—so the layout must guide the eye quickly to that information without clutter.
Once we start, I will share the exact hex values from our brand guide along with the text content. You can decide whether single- or double-sided works best for the composition, but the finished artwork should be press-ready: standard 3.5" × 2" dimensions, full-bleed margin, CMYK, 300 dpi. Please also supply the editable source file (Illustrator or InDesign) alongside a print-ready PDF so my team can update numbers in the future.
