I’ve drafted a quick sketch for my property management company and now need it transformed into a clean, professional logo. My aesthetic is firmly minimalist—simple shapes, balanced proportions, and no unnecessary flourishes. Neutral tones (think soft greys, charcoal, or muted taupe) will suit the brand best, so please avoid bright or highly saturated palettes.

The sketch shows the basic layout and symbol I like, but I’m open to refinement. Feel free to adjust line weight, spacing, or simplify the mark as long as the core idea remains recognizable.
