Minimalist Philosophical Cover Design

My philosophical-fiction manuscript, which wrestles with consciousness and existence, now needs a cover that mirrors its depth through simplicity. I’m after a minimalist, clean layout that carries only the title, my name, and one symbolic element—something that hints at the mind’s inner landscape without shouting for attention.

Format requirements
Full wrap (front, spine, back) for Amazon KDP, 13.2 cm × 20 cm (approx. 5.2" × 7.9"), 300 DPI, CMYK, print-ready PDF.
Kindle eBook: Front-cover JPEG/PNG, RGB, 2560 px on longest edge.
All text must remain inside KDP’s safe zones, and the spine width will be provided once the final page count is locked.

Creative direction
The symbolic graphic should feel timeless—think subtle line art, a single icon, or an abstract shape that invites interpretation rather than explains it outright. Negative space is important; I’d like the design to breathe.

Deliverables
• Two final files (print PDF + eBook JPG/PNG)
• An editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or layered PSD)
• A mock-up for quick preview

Acceptance
I’ll sign off once the uploaded KDP proof shows no trimming issues and the eBook thumbnail stands out clearly at small sizes.
