Minimalist Monochrome Company Logo

I need a clean, minimalist logo that works in a single colour palette. I have two images for sample ideas. It is a very simple design. I want the layout as image one, with image 2 to be in the centre rather then the Bull and the wording changed to Smith Contracting on the out circle

Scope
– 2-3 initial black-and-white concepts
– 1 chosen concept refined through a short round of revisions
– Final files supplied in vector (AI/SVG/PDF) plus high-resolution PNG with transparent background

Please create everything in industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator so the artwork remains fully editable. Simple, bold, and instantly recognisable is the goal; no gradients, embossing, or complex 3D treatments.
