Minimalist Modern Running Shoe
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I’m building OneTwoRun’s very first running shoe and need a creative footwear designer who can translate my vision into a full concept pack ready for sampling. The overall silhouette of our future line will stay consistent, but for this launch model I want the outsole, panel lines, and detailing refreshed so the shoe feels current and unmistakably ours.
Design priorities
• Modern aesthetics sit at the heart of the brief. Think clean, forward-looking lines and proportions rather than anything retro.
• The upper should read minimalistic—no busy graphics—yet still carry subtle character through material breaks, micro-textures or tonal contrasts.
• Comfort tech can remain hidden: specify enhanced cushioning, highly breathable materials, and a lightweight construction so the performance story is credible without cluttering the form.
Brand language
The shoe must carry the name “OneTwoRun” plus an abstract icon that hints at motion or progress without being a literal runner or chevron. It needs to look premium, not gimmicky, and must scale well from heel badge to tongue label.
What I’d like from you
1. 2–3 initial concept directions (side, top, outsole views)
2. One refined design: detailed sketches and colour/material call-outs
3. A simple tech pack page outlining key tooling, last specs, and material suggestions suitable for modern running footwear factories
4. Final 3D render or photoreal visual so stakeholders can evaluate proportions and branding in context
I’ll provide reference soles I like for function; you reinterpret them so we stay original. File delivery in Illustrator or PDF for 2D work and OBJ/FBX or high-res PNGs for renders is perfect.
