Minimalist Logo From Reference Image

I have a photo that perfectly captures the concept I want, and now I need it distilled into a clean, minimalist logo. The key for me is preserving the essence of the original picture while stripping it down to simple, balanced lines and negative-space details—nothing ornate, just a crisp mark that holds up at any size.
Key requirements:
• Black and white design.
• Replace boots with sneakers, and dress with pants/shorts and T-shirts.
• Include one male and two females dancing. The male should be positioned at the end with less dramatic movement compared to the females.
• Open to freelancer creativity to make it an original piece that represents a dance studio.
Final deliverable:
• One fully-vector, print-ready SVG file (CMYK compatible, paths properly named and grouped).
