Minimalist Logo Design Needed

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a new logo based on my existing concept. The logo should embody a minimalist style and incorporate options for font, font size, and letter spacing. I envision the logo in two color variations: black on a transparent background and white on a black background.
Key Requirements:
- Design a minimalist logo based on my existing idea and design a new logo with similar features to the exisiting design
- Provide options for font, font size, and letter spacing
- Deliver two color variations: black on transparent and white on black
- Create a logo one with just the logo and another copy with a TM ( trademark) in the top right corner.
- I need the logo’s in AI file and PNG file
