Minimalist Building Logo Design

I’m commissioning a fresh, minimalist logo for a building-industry brand that brings together three equally important cues: the letter “Z”, a home silhouette, and a mountain reflection. The composition should feel balanced and unmistakably original—no stock icons or recycled graphics—while keeping to a neutral-tone palette that will sit comfortably across print, web, and construction signage.

Here’s how I’d like the process to unfold. First, you’ll create three distinct concept designs. Each concept must explore different ways to integrate the Z with both the home and the mountain reflections so none of the elements ends up as an afterthought. Once I select the strongest direction, you’ll refine it to final artwork.

Deliverables
• Three initial vector concepts in neutral colours
• One chosen concept fully refined
• Final files: AI, EPS, SVG, layered PDF, high-res PNG/JPG, plus square and banner versions sized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels

Acceptance criteria: designs must be fully original, scale cleanly in Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent vector software), look crisp in monochrome as well as in the selected neutral palette, and preserve legibility of the Z, home, and mountain motifs at small and large sizes alike.
