Minimalist Booth Vinyl & Flyers
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need print-ready artwork for an upcoming exhibition and time is tight. The space has three walls, each 3 m wide by 2.4 m high, and the graphics will be printed on vinyl before the build, so every pixel must hold up at full scale.
What I’m after
• A minimalist, clean look that projects our brand identity and values—no clutter, lots of breathing room.
• Prominent placement of our logo and tagline, supported by a concise infographic that communicates our core value proposition at a glance.
• A matching A5 flyer (double-sided) visitors can take away, mirroring the booth visuals.
Assets I’ll provide
Logo files (AI, EPS), brand colours, fonts, and copy for the infographic and flyer.
Deliverables
1. Three separate wall layouts at 1:1 scale (3 000 mm × 2 400 mm), CMYK, 150–300 DPI, with bleed and crop marks in PDF and layered AI.
2. Flyer artwork in print-ready PDF plus the working file (AI or InDesign).
3. All fonts outlined and images embedded or linked.
4. A small PPT with same details as on flyer and vinyl that can keep running on loop
Timeline
First concept within 24 hours of hire, final files signed off no later than two days after feedback. I’ll be responsive to keep the review cycle fast.
