Minimalist Black-White Logo Design

I’m after a clean, minimalist logo rendered strictly in black and white. The final mark should be simple, memorable, and work equally well at large billboard scale and tiny favicon size.

Please propose two to three initial concepts, refine the chosen direction through a couple of revision rounds, and deliver the finished artwork as editable vector files (AI / SVG) along with high-resolution PNGs and JPEGs. I’ll also need a brief style sheet noting typefaces and any spacing guidelines so the logo can be applied consistently across future materials.
