Minimalist Aspen Arms Logo
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Aspen Arms needs a fresh, versatile mark that instantly signals strength and durability while staying clean enough to laser-etch onto knives, axes, stoves and every other piece of outdoor gear we build. I’ve tested all the off-the-shelf AI generators and none of them capture the feeling I’m after, so I’m turning to a designer who can think beyond templates.
What works for us
• A stripped-back, mostly black-and-white logo with an optional orange accent that can be dropped in or out without breaking the design
• Imagery that hints at gear or tool mechanics rather than sweeping mountain scenes
• Modern, clean type treatment of the name “Aspen Arms” that remains legible at 6 mm high when laser-marked on steel but also looks assertive on hats and email headers
Deliverables
• Primary vector logo (AI, PDF, SVG)
• Transparent-background PNGs for web and social
• Color-on-color, black-on-white and white-on-black variants
• The original editable file so we can tweak sizes or colors down the road
Acceptance
The final artwork should scale from a 16-pixel favicon to a 2-foot trade-show banner without loss of clarity, and the orange accent must remain within the Pantone safety range for lasers (I’ll give you the exact code once we start).
Share any quick sketches or mood boards you have in mind, and let’s craft a mark that people will want to wear—and trust on their gear in the wild.
