Minimalist Announcement Flyer Design

I’m putting together a clean, no-clutter flyer whose sole job is to announce an upcoming change in our organisation. The look I’m after is unmistakably minimalist: lots of negative space, a restrained colour palette, and typography that does the talking without any extra ornamentation. If you enjoy distilling information down to its essentials and presenting it in a sharp, modern layout, this will be a quick, satisfying project.

Here’s what I will hand over the moment we start:
• The exact announcement text, already approved.
• Our brand colours and fonts (Google-fonts based, so you can work freely).
• Any logo or supporting iconography in vector format.

What I need back:
• One print-ready PDF in A4 and US Letter.
• A high-resolution PNG or JPEG for email and web use.
• The unlocked source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma—whichever you prefer).

Everything should align to common print bleed and margin standards so I can send it straight to the printer without tweaks. Turnaround is flexible for a seasoned designer, but I’d like the first draft within three days of project start so we can wrap up any edits in the same week.
