Mermaid Coloring & Activity Book Creation

Description
I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create a children's coloring and activity book.
This is the first book in a planned series. The first theme is Mermaids, with additional themes planned in the future (e.g. Unicorns, Dinosaurs, Princesses, Vehicles, Animals, etc.).
Target audience
Children aged 4–6 years
Illustration style
Cute and modern
Consistent character design
Large, simple coloring areas
Thick black outlines
Minimal background
Easy for young children to color
Clean and professional illustrations
Colors
The colored reference images should use only simple basic colors, for example:
Red
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Brown
Purple
Please avoid gradients, shadows, realistic lighting, textures, or complex color palettes.
What I need
Each coloring page should contain:
One large black & white coloring illustration
One small colored reference image in the top-right corner
The colored reference must be 100% identical to the coloring illustration (same pose, same details, same objects)
Activity pages
Between the coloring pages I would like simple activities such as:
Match the pairs
Easy mazes
Find the correct shadow
Which picture is different?
Simple counting activities
Spot the odd one out
Everything should be easy enough for children aged 4–6 years.

Commercial rights transferred to me
First milestone
I'd like to start with 2 sample pages. If the quality matches what I'm looking for, I'd like to continue with the complete book and future books in the series. (24 pages)
