Merged Charity Logo Redesign

Two charities have officially joined and I need an updated logo- same logo, adding one word to it. Keeping the colour scheme, key iconography and established typography that supporters already recognise.

Here is what I’m after:
Updated logo - keeping the existing design and in multiple formats
Transparent PNG
SVG, PDF and high-resolution JPG/PNG versions
Black and white/reversed versions suitable for different backgrounds
Match the existing font as closely as possible if the original isn’t available. If the original isn’t available make Bolton & Bury the same font.
Word placement is sensitive
Digital letterhead updated with the new name and logo
Email signature template for staff, and updated signatures for all current staff members (I can provide you a list)
Social media profile image(s) and cover photos using the updated logo
Website-ready logo and favicon (if possible)
