Mentor Needed: Improve Graphic Design -- 2

I’m pursuing a purely personal project: sharpening my graphic-design skills. This is about learning, not monetisation. I’d like an experienced designer to guide me through practical exercises, review my work, and nudge me toward industry-standard techniques in Illustrator, Photoshop or any other tool you consider essential.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• An initial chat where you gauge my current level and craft a short learning plan
• A series of hands-on mini projects (logos, social posts, simple layouts—open to your suggestions)
• Constructive, detailed feedback on each piece so I can iterate and improve
• A wrap-up session that highlights progress and outlines next steps I can tackle on my own
