Men’s Casual Wear Designer

I’m developing a men’s casual line and need an experienced fashion designer to translate my vision into production-ready pieces. The initial capsule will cover three staples—T-shirts, jeans, and lightweight jackets—crafted in cotton, denim, and select polyester blends to balance comfort, durability, and cost.

You’ll take the lead on:
• Concept sketches that show silhouette, fit, and detailing for each item
• Full tech packs with measurements, fabric specs, stitch details, and trim call-outs
• Color and wash recommendations that keep the range cohesive while giving each piece its own personality
• Print or embroidery artwork where relevant (especially for graphic tees)

Experience with men’s fit blocks, fabric sourcing, and factory communication is essential, as the tech packs will go straight to a production partner. A background in Adobe Illustrator or similar CAD tools is a must, and familiarity with denim wash techniques will be a strong plus.
