Men’s Athletic Underwear Development
Budget: $250 – $1,200 USD
I have prototyped a men’s athletic brief that features a slightly a raised protective layer and waistband for purposes that involve the tactical industry. I need help taking it from concept to factory-ready files. I need an experienced apparel technician to transform my rough sample into a production pattern, provide full graded sizing, and compile a comprehensive tech pack.
The underwear and protective raised waistband must remain light, breathable, moisture-wicking and, above all, comfortable enough for everyday training while standing up to frequent washing. Fabric recommendations that balance durability with stretch are welcome.
Deliverables
• Production-ready pattern (digital format preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Gerber or similar) I have some patterns already created.
• Grade rules and nested markers covering the entire size range we agree on
• Complete tech pack: construction details, BOM, stitch specs, measurement chart, call-outs and clear images
