Marvel Style Resurrection Comic Tee
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want to turn the story of Jesus’ death and resurrection into a striking, print-ready comic layout for a T-shirt. Think bold Marvel energy, but with a custom artistic interpretation rather than a panel-for-panel homage, and keep the setting historically grounded—Roman era dress, Golgotha, the empty tomb, that sort of atmosphere.
The tone must stay serious so the design feels powerful and respectful while still reading unmistakably as a comic illustration. I’m picturing one cohesive scene (or a tight montage of 4-6 frames) that captures the crucifixion’s gravity and the triumphant resurrection, all rendered with dynamic poses, dramatic lighting and the clean ink-and-colour treatment Marvel fans love. No caricature or parody styling. I also want text so in the bubble there should be Bibelverses like John 3:16 and others, that i will specify.
Deliverables
• High-resolution, print-ready artwork (minimum 300 dpi) on transparent background, CMYK PNG plus layered source file (PSD or AI).
• Artwork sized for standard chest print (around 12" wide) with safe margins.
• All text, if any, converted to outlines or supplied with the font file.
I’ll review a rough pencil composition before you move to inks and colours so we can lock the storytelling and anatomy early. Looking forward to seeing your take on this iconic moment.
