I need a fresh, eye-catching brochure that clearly sells my offer. The piece will be used strictly for marketing, so visual persuasion, concise copy placement, and a layout that guides the reader toward a call-to-action are essential.

The brand’s colours, fonts, and any existing imagery will be supplied as soon as the project starts. If you spot gaps—say, we need stronger icons or a subtle illustration style—feel free to recommend them. I’m open to either a bi-fold or tri-fold format; whichever best fits the content you propose.

Preferred tools are Adobe InDesign or Illustrator as that keeps hand-off simple for my print vendor, but I’m happy with Photoshop elements mixed in when necessary.
