Marketing Brochure Design Needed -- 2

I’m looking for a skilled graphic designer to craft a compelling marketing brochure for my business. This is my first time commissioning design work here, so I’ll need you to guide me through each stage—from clarifying objectives all the way to supplying print-ready files.

The brochure’s goal is straightforward: persuade prospects to engage with us. Once we start, I’ll share our logo, brand colours, copy and any imagery I already have. You’ll shape that material into an eye-catching, professional layout suitable for both physical hand-outs and email as a PDF.

Deliverables
• Two initial design concepts
• Up to three revision rounds based on my feedback
• Final print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) plus editable source file (AI, InDesign or similar)

Acceptance criteria
• Clear visual hierarchy that spotlights key benefits
• High-resolution images and vector artwork only
• File passes commercial printer checks without further tweaks

Preferred tools include Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity Designer or comparable software—whichever you’re most comfortable with as long as the output meets professional print standards.
