I already have the Digital Agency Trifold template from Envato

Here’s what I’m after:
• Replace the placeholder copy with concise, benefit-driven text that speaks directly to potential new clients.
• Drop in my agency logo and give it a quick graphic-design polish—colour tweaks, tagline placement, whatever makes it sit naturally in the layout.
• Source and insert high-quality, licence-cleared stock images that match the modern tech-agency vibe of the template.
Once everything is in place, I’ll need:
– A print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, correct bleeds)
– The fully editable source file from InDesign or Illustrator
– Two quick revision passes to fine-tune wording or imagery if needed
