I’m looking for an experienced brand designer/vector specialist to handle two related workstreams for my existing logo (no redesign needed):

1. Corporate Identity / Brand Kit

Logo Usage Guidelines: Do’s & don’ts, safe-area, scaling, color/background variations

Color Palette: Primary, secondary & accent colors with HEX, RGB (and CMYK if possible)

Typography Guidelines: Font families, weights & sizes for headings, sub-headings, body text (web & print)

Icon/Symbol Guidelines: Style, size, spacing & color rules for any brand icons

General Usage Rules: Application across digital, print & social media

Brand Book: Polished PDF (or InDesign/Illustrator source) compiling all assets and rules

2. Logo Vectorization

AI: Layered Adobe Illustrator file with text outlined

EPS: Print-ready Encapsulated PostScript

SVG: Clean, web-optimized code

PDF: Vector-based, print-ready

PNGs: 300 dpi transparent PNGs at 500 px, 1000 px & 2000 px widths

Exact color match (provide HEX/RGB swatches)

All strokes outlined; no embedded raster elements

List font names (or confirm text is outlined)

Deliverables packaged in a zip with a brief README

Please include in your proposal:

Portfolio examples of similar brand-kit and vectorization work

Estimated timeline for each workstream

Total cost and payment milestones

Preferred file-handoff method (Dropbox, Google Drive, Fiverr)
