Logo for Computer Vision Company — “Alinsa”

I’m looking for a logo designer to create a logo for my company, Alinsa, which develops computer vision solutions for aluminum smelters.
Even though the industry is technical and industrial, I want the logo to feel timeless, cool, and collectible — something that would look great on merchandise like hats, hoodies, or even a beer can. It should make people curious about the brand, even if they don’t know what we do.
The design should convey quality, sophistication, and craftsmanship, with a subtle connection to metal or aluminum if it fits naturally (but not in a literal way). I’m drawn to a vintage, emblem-based, or badge-inspired style, and I particularly like logos with a hand-drawn or illustrated feel that show character and authenticity.
Please avoid anything that looks AI-generated, overly digital, glossy, or templated. No generic tech symbols, gradients, or stock badge shapes. I’m looking for something that feels human-made, with attention to detail and a sense of heritage.
The logo can be just a symbol or monogram; it doesn’t necessarily need to include the word “Alinsa.” It should also work well in both black and white and color.
