Logo Vectorization from JPEG/PNG

I have my brand’s logo only in a JPEG/PNG file and need it rebuilt as a true vector. Nothing about the design should change—colours, proportions, and line weights must match the source exactly so it scales cleanly for print, web, and large-format signage.
Adobe Illustrator (or an equivalent vector tool) is fine, but the final artwork has to be 100 % editable, with no embedded pixels or stray points.
Deliverables:
• AI file (original, unlocked)
• EPS and SVG exports
• Print-ready PDF
