Logo Refresh, Assets & Guideline Kit
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I already have a concept logo in PNG format and now need it rebuilt cleanly in vector so it scales for print, web and large signage without loss of quality. The final design must keep exactly the same colour palette you see in the current PNG and combine both icon and text into the primary lock-up.
Here is the full scope:
• Redraw the existing artwork in Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent)
• Edits to existing logo:
• Update font to either Montserrat or Manrope – these will be the website fonts.
• Update the letter spacing on ‘Support Coordination’ to be the same width as ‘Sunflower’.
• Provide three finished versions—icon-and-text (main, vertical), icon-and-text (main, horizontal), and icon-only (secondary)—all properly kerned and balanced.
• Supply colour variations of logo: Full colour, Black, White, Greyscale
• Supply file formats: SVG, CMYK for print, RGB for web/digital
• Supply master files in AI, EPS, PDF and SVG.
• Create the following templates:
• Email Signature Banner 600x200, Logo, Tagline, website address
• Generic version
• Christmas version
• Easter version
• Letterhead (word & pdf)
• Formal Doc editable header and footer (word & pdf)
• Powerpoint
• Package a concise brand sheet (PDF) with detailed guidelines covering colour palette, typogaphy suggestions, and logo usage rules: clear-space, minimum size, background control, and unacceptable alterations (Correct/incorrect usage examples).
• The colour codes to use are: Navy Blue – #0C2744, Yellow - #E8B721, Background Green #C5D1BE
Please keep the file structure tidy and name everything logically so our internal team can drop the assets straight into artwork and templates. If you have done similar refreshes before, a quick look at previous vector rebuilds or guideline PDFs will help me gauge quality and fit.
