Logo Redraw with Minor Updates

I have my current logo only in a JPEG and I need it rebuilt from scratch so it is fully scalable and print-ready. While you recreate the design, I’d like a handful of light improvements: adjust the colour palette, refine the wording, and introduce a small stylistic detail that complements the existing look. The core feel of the mark should remain familiar—this is an evolution, not a total overhaul.

Please work in Illustrator for the master vector, keeping all shapes editable, and mirror that structure in a layered Photoshop file. Supply both RGB (web) and CMYK (print) colour versions, plus transparent-background PNG exports.

Deliverables
• Editable .ai (CC compatible)
• Layered .psd with linked or embedded fonts
• High-resolution .png (RGB, 3000 px wide)
• Print-ready CMYK PDF or EPS if you prefer
• Font files and final colour codes
