Logo Redraw for Embroidery Vectorization

Project Title: Redraw Logo as Clean Vector (Adobe Illustrator) for Printful Embroidery PNG
Project Description: I need my existing logo artwork manually redrawn as a clean vector for use with Printful embroidery.
So will need to be checked this works before submitting file

This is NOT a new logo design job.
It is a vector recreation and simplification job.

The artwork is a detailed logo illustration (warrior on bike with Pen/lance). It must be simplified and cleaned so that Printful’s automatic embroidery digitizer can process it correctly.

Requirements
• Must be manually redrawn in Adobe Illustrator (NO auto-trace)
• Must be recreated as clean vector shapes (AI or SVG format)
• Use only flat solid colours (no gradients, no shading, no texture)
• Maximum 3–4 colours total
• No anti-aliasing or soft edges
• All lines must be thick enough for small embroidery (5–6 cm chest size)
• Remove unnecessary micro-details
• Simplify tyre tread and small helmet details
• Ensure shapes are clean and bold
This is specifically for Printful embroidery, so the PNG must be extremely clean.

Final Deliverables
1. Editable AI file
2. SVG file
3. Transparent background PNG (flat colours only)
4. PNG must contain ZERO gradients, ZERO shading, ZERO colour noise

Important
• Do NOT auto-trace the image
• Do NOT use Photoshop
• Must be created fully in Illustrator (or equivalent vector software)
• Must confirm experience with vector logo recreation
