Logo Modification for Multifunctional Use

Need to make make a small update to our logo so it works better across different uses.

At the moment, the logo combines a graphic with text underneath. I'd now like the full logo system to be delivered in 3 layout versions:

Horizontal version (graphic on the left, text on the right)
Stacked version (graphic above the text (current)
Icon-only version (graphic with no text)

On the icon-only version, I'd also like one small adjustment. Once the text is removed, I'd like the existing black inner outline and bright green outer outline to continue around the entire Paddle + Z graphic so it becomes a complete, enclosed standalone emblem. It should follow the same thickness, style and spacing as the current outline so it looks like it was always designed that way.

Could you also please provide the final files in the following formats:

AI, EPS, SVG and PDF (vector files)
Transparent PNGs in multiple sizes
JPEG versions
Full colour, black, white and greyscale versions
CMYK versions for print and RGB versions for digital use

I have attached a reference image showing exactly what I mean.

My budget is $20 USD, I’ve had work like this done before and this is fair price for not much work. Let me know if interested.
