Logo Enhancement and File Preparation

I need an existing logo fixed and all necessary files provided. I have two draft versions, but need one final version. Letter spacing to be fixed, advise on colors, etc.

Requirements:
- Color correction, font change, or element modification needed (specifics to be provided)
- Increase the logo's resolution
- Final logo required in PNG and SVG formats
