Logo Design with White Outline

I'm looking for a creative designer who can create a color logo based on a provided photo, along with a white outline version for shirts and hats.

Requirements:
- Color version for website, signs, and company header
- White outline version for apparel
- Both text and symbols to be included in the design
- Round or wide oval shape

Bonus: Website design and final header would be a plus.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
