I need a clean, modern brand mark that combines a distinctive icon with clear typography. The icon should follow a minimalist aesthetic—simple shapes, balanced negative space, no unnecessary flourishes—while the word-mark remains crisp and legible. My palette is strictly neutral, so please work only with blacks, whites, and subtle grays to achieve strong contrast and versatility across light and dark backgrounds.

Please create the artwork in both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop so I can have the master vector (AI, EPS, SVG) as well as layered PSD files. Include high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds and a PDF brand sheet that documents color values, font names, and safe-zone guidance.

Final delivery will be accepted once:
• The icon and text lockup scales cleanly from 24 px to billboard size
• Paths are fully editable, with no embedded rasters in the vector file
