Logo Design Mentorship for Student
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m a junior-high student who loves graphic design and has already chosen logo design as my first focus, but I’m still unsure how to turn that interest into steady income here on the platform. I need a mentor who can walk me through the practical steps of building a small, attractive portfolio, pricing my work, writing winning proposals, and delivering professional-looking logos even with the limited resources a student usually has.
Here’s what I’m hoping to receive:
• A simple, week-by-week action plan that shows exactly what tasks to tackle first (practice briefs, portfolio pieces, profile tweaks, etc.).
• Personal feedback on 3–5 sample logos I’ll create during the mentorship, with clear pointers on color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Guidance on choosing affordable or free design tools so I can work confidently without a full Adobe subscription.
• Tips for structuring project offers, handling revisions, and communicating professionally with future clients.
I’ll consider the project complete when I have:
1. A polished freelancer profile and a starter portfolio of at least three logos;
2. A repeatable pricing and proposal template that feels comfortable for someone at my level;
3. A short list of practical next steps I can follow independently over the next three months.
If you have experience turning beginners into income-earning logo designers—or you remember what it was like to start young—your guidance would be perfect for me.
