Logo Design Files Needed

I need logo files that are provided both in raster formats (e.g., PNG, JPG) and vector formats (e.g., SVG, AI) for use primarily in print materials. I have specific colors in mind for the logo, so I will provide the exact color details upon project start. Ideal skills include experience in logo design and expertise in creating files suitable for both print and digital use. I need the attached image done as is, with a fluro green highlighting, and also in a full black version for screen printing/embrodery on uniforms.
The green highlighted version needs to be able to be used for vehicle wrapping/stickering
