Logo Conversion for Wood Engraving
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have my logo in its original vector format (AI/EPS) and I need every bit of colour removed so it becomes a crisp, single-tone graphic that will engrave cleanly on wood. My preference is straightforward black and white—no gradients or grey shading—so the laser or CNC machine reads every line without hesitation.
The artwork’s current dimensions may work as-is, but I’m open to guidance if a resize will improve the final result on the wood surface I’ll be using. Feel free to advise on optimal stroke weights or negative-space tweaks that help avoid burn marks or loss of detail.
Please return:
• An updated AI or EPS file with all colours stripped, properly outlined, and ready for engraving
• A high-resolution transparent PNG as a quick preview/reference
I’ll review the file by test-importing it into my engraving software; acceptance is simply that it loads without warnings and displays in pure black and white.
