AI Logo Conversion Needed

I need an existing AI business logo converted into a professional logo set. I'll need to be able to scale up without a large amount of pixelation (or use a different file). I'll need a transparent copy with the background removed but with the snow still there. Ideally the width of "Consulting" should match the width of "TRAIL GUIDE".

Requirements:
- Original format: PNG
- Multiple sizes required (specify sizes needed)
- No color variations, just the original color
