We are looking for a talented and experienced designer to create a new logo and app icon for The Scrubbing Squad, a pre-revenue startup with global ambitions to become the leading hero community for children.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a brand that will be seen by millions of children and parents worldwide. We need a logo that is not only visually appealing but also embodies our core mission: to teach children aged 4-11 to become heroes in their everyday lives.

•What we do: We are a hero community for children, teaching them through our four pillars of Education, Hygiene, Wellbeing, and Safety.
•Our mission: To create a better outcome for children aged 4-11.
•Our tagline: “Heroes Start Here”
Design Requirements
We are looking for a logo that is:
•Bold, friendly, and heroic: Think Paw Patrol meets ABCmouse.
•Professional and trustworthy: Appeals to parents and educators.
•Scalable: Works perfectly as a 16x16px app icon and on a large billboard.
•Inclusive: Resonates with a globally diverse and neurodivergent-inclusive audience.
Please note: We are moving away from our current military-inspired branding and want a fresh, child-friendly design that avoids any aggressive or combat-related imagery.
Deliverables
•2-3 initial logo and app icon concepts.
•Up to 3 rounds of revisions.
•Final files in all necessary formats (AI, EPS, SVG, and various app icon sizes).

Access to and use of this brief is strictly conditional upon the prior execution of the Master Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA), document reference SQD: 140 - 1.0 MASTER MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (MNDA) - 1025. By reviewing this brief, the recipient acknowledges that all concepts, characters, and strategic information are protected under the terms of the MNDA, and that any work created based on this brief is subject to the ‘Intellectual Property Assignment (Work-for-Hire)’ clause outlined in the executed agreement.
