Layout Designer Needed for Ongoing Structured Guide Series (PDF + EPUB)

We create structured digital Guides under the ODIN Guides brand.

I supply completed Word manuscripts and brand assets to you.
A readmade template of an existing guide for reference.

You convert them into professionally formatted, production-ready publications (most likely using InDesign)
This is not a writing role.
This is a layout and typesetting role.
The objective is a consistent, reusable design system across all guides.

Design Direction
The aesthetic must be:
• Minimal
• Calm
• Structured
• Professional
• Scandinavian clean
• White space driven
• No gimmicks
• No decorative styling
Think editorial publication — not Canva template.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Consistent typography, margins, and styling throughout.
• Thoughtful placement for any graphics, photographs, or data visuals I may supply later, so the design remains flexible.
• Proper navigation with an interactive table of contents and live links where relevant.

I will deliver the text in Word format and logo.

You return:
Editable documents
A press-ready PDF.
An EPUB that passes standard validation.

Please factor in possible revision rounds for minor tweaks to layout or styles.
