Layered SVG Conversion Needed

I have a single-layer image in which every element—shapes, text, and icons—is currently flattened together. I need that artwork rebuilt as a clean, fully editable SVG where each individual object sits on its own layer.

Please replicate the exact appearance and colours of the original graphic; the only change I want is the new vector format and the separate layering for easy future edits.

Deliverable: one .svg file (and, if you work in Illustrator or a similar tool, the native source file) with clearly named layers for each element category.
