UK Ladies & Kidswear Designer Needed

I’m building a fresh range of women’s and children’s apparel for the UK market and need a fashion designer who can move comfortably between casual, formal, nightwear, lingerie and sportswear concepts with accessories. For kidswear I’m focusing on ages 6-12, with silhouettes and prints that feel age-appropriate yet trend-forward. On the women’s side I want pieces that translate well from high-street retail to online drops, reflecting UK fit blocks and seasonality.

Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Concept sketches and colour stories that clearly separate the three style categories while keeping a coherent brand DNA
• Detailed tech packs with fabric suggestions, trims, measurements, and construction notes ready for sampling
• Size charts based on UK grading standards
• Two rounds of tweaks after initial feedback

Please include links or files showcasing past work that best proves your versatility across the categories mentioned above. If you’ve already taken designs from sketch to production, highlight that—especially if you have experience with UK retailers or e-commerce labels. Adobe Illustrator proficiency is essential; familiarity with CLO 3D or similar software is a plus but not required.
