Label sizing and layout edit for beer cans

Hello,
I have 12 custom beer label designs in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF format. I'm looking for a designer to adjust the layout to make the central motifs (on back and front) more prominent and slightly adjust the total dimensions for printing.
I am looking for someone who has experience with bottle or can labels and understands wraparound designs.
Technical Specifications:
Label Dimensions: Adjust the width to 201mm (currently it is 202mm) so that the label strip will fit the beer can perfectly.
In the current source files, some text (like names and volume) is sitting too close to the edges and appearing cut off. When you resize the label to 201mm, please ensure all text is moved inward so there is at least a 3-5 mm 'Safe Zone' from the left and right edges. I want to make sure no letters are lost in the seam of the wrap.
Front Motif (Portrait):
Goal: Enlarge the illustration to a width of 6cm to 7cm (currently 4cm).
Scaling: It must be scaled proportionally (do not stretch the faces).
Cropping Priority: I am willing to crop/cut the "sky" (the top) of the image. However, please limit cutting the bottom part (the bodies) as much as possible. If a 7cm width forces a bad crop of the people in the image, please settle for a slightly smaller width (e.g., 6.2cm or 6.5cm) that maintains the integrity of the figures.
Back Motif: As per front motif, also enlarge this to a width of around 7cm.
Workflow: Apply these settings consistently across all 12 files.
Deliverables:
12 Print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 3mm bleed, crop marks).
12 Updated .ai source files.

Deadline: by end of this week, the earlier the better.
