King Trades Shield Logo Design

I’m refreshing my new business, King Trades, with a badge-style logo and need a designer who can capture the look I have in mind in clean, modern lines.

Here’s the vision:

The badge itself is a modern shield. The palette is strictly two-tone—deep black for the background and rich gold for all lettering and accents. KING appears in uppercase across the top, while trades sits just below in lowercase. The subtle twist: the “t” in trades doubles as a Christian cross, working as an understated symbol rather than a bold graphic.

Because King Trades is a multi-trade solution—launching first with electrical and HVAC services—the mark should feel trustworthy and versatile, ready to live on everything from a responsive website header to vinyl vehicle decals. Clean lines, balanced spacing, and effective use of negative space are essential so the design scales without losing clarity.

Deliverables
• Master logo in vector (AI, EPS, SVG) and high-res PNG
• Web-optimized version for my site and email signatures
• Print-ready files sized for business cards, letterheads/quotes, and vehicle decals
• A brief style guide detailing colours (HEX & CMYK), fonts, and clear-space rules
