Kids Baseball Cap Tech Pack
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I want to hand my manufacturer a complete, production-ready tech pack for a dark green children’s baseball cap that has text embroidery centered above the back opening saying "Made for adventure". The file must spell out every technical detail they need so sampling can start with no further questions.
Please work directly in Adobe Illustrator (or a comparable vector format) and keep all measurements in both inches and centimetres.
Deliverables
• Fully layered AI or PDF tech pack with call-outs for panels, seams, visor, sweatband, closure, and eyelets
• Exact placement diagram and stitch count for the rear text embroidery
• Bill of materials listing fabric, trims, thread, and colour references (Pantone if possible)
• Graded size spec for standard kids head sizes
• High-resolution mock-ups (front, back, side, inside) for factory reference
• One revision round after initial submission to fine-tune specs
Acceptance criteria
The file must be clear enough that a factory unfamiliar with my brand can produce an accurate first sample without follow-up questions.
