JPEG Designs to EPS Vectors

I have 5 polo shirt designs saved as JPEGs/WEBP and I need each one rebuilt as clean, fully scalable vector files. The task is straightforward: precisely trace every line, preserve original colours (especially the holographic cyan/purple gradients), and make sure the final files open flawlessly in Adobe Illustrator or any software that supports vector formats.What I need:•Each design converted to EPS (primary format)•Also provide AI (Adobe Illustrator) and SVG files for each design•Separated layers (logo, graphics, text on separate layers for easy editing)•High resolution PNG with transparent background (bonus)Important details:•These are for apparel printing (polo shirts), so quality must be print-ready•Colours must match exactly, especially the holographic gradients•I need this for a 150-unit production order, so precision mattersDeliverable:•5 designs × 3 formats each (EPS, AI, SVG) = 15 files total•Plus PNG versions if possible•Turned around within 7 days If you're comfortable vectorising from raster images and can keep the look identical to the originals, this should be a quick job for an experienced designer.
