Informative Booklet Design

I’m putting together an informational guide aimed at members of parliament and broader public and need a designer who can turn a set of plain text and images into a lively, engaging booklet.

The booklet will be about Australia's live performance industry and include case studies / snapshots of different performing arts companies.

Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Full layout for roughly 8-12 pages (final count may shift once content is locked).
• Consistent style elements—headers, sub-headers, callouts, and iconography—so the booklet feels cohesive from cover to back page.
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) plus the editable source file in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, for submission through platform such as Vistaprint for printing
• A version optimized for screen viewing (RGB, reduced file size).
• Two revision rounds to fine-tune colors, margins, or imagery after the first draft.

Acceptance criteria
1. All text is legible at 100 % scale with logical hierarchy.
2. No color shifts or low-resolution images in final PDF.
3. Files open correctly with no missing links or fonts.

I will prepare copy and most of the imagery ; you simply breathe life into them. Editorial improvements also welcome. If you see smarter ways to present sections—infographics, sidebars, quick tips—feel free to suggest them. If you have an interest / passion for arts and culture and telling others about its value, all the better.

Timetable is short - copy ready from w/c 1 June, ideally ready to go to print by mid-June for launch at event on 23 June.
