Informational Display Design

I am developing a physical mindfulness plaque for desk use. It will be a 12" x 12" (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm) clear acrylic plaque with a matte finish and polished rounded edges.

The tone should feel empowering and grounded—like a daily tool for clarity and focus, not a clinical aid. Think modern, minimalist, and confident—something that belongs in a premium workspace

I have finalized all the text content (Stoic quotes and lists) and have a basic prototype for layout reference. I now need a professional designer to refine the typography, visual hierarchy, and overall aesthetic to achieve a confident, calm, and premium feel.

Key Requirements:

· The final deliverable must be a print-ready, vector-based file (Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS format) with all text converted to outlines, suitable for sending directly to an acrylic manufacturer.
· The text content (words, quotes, list items) is final and should not be altered.
· You have full creative freedom on the visual presentation—I am very open to your expert suggestions on fonts, spacing, layout, and subtle color palette.

My Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (fixed price)
