Industrial Catalog Redesign - POLYWAVE

High-Level Product Catalogue – POLYWAVE

We are seeking a graphic designer with experience in industrial / engineering catalogues to create a new high-level product catalogue for POLYWAVE.

This catalogue will replace our current brochure.

a) Scope of Work
1. Catalogue Type
• High-level product catalogue (not overly technical, not a price list)
• Clean, professional, industrial look
• Suitable for clients in mining, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors

2. Branding & Style
• Must strictly follow POLYWAVE branding
o Colours
o Fonts (or closest equivalents if exact fonts unavailable)
o Logo usage
• Clean layouts, strong headings, clear hierarchy
• Industrial / technical aesthetic (not marketing-heavy, not playful)

3. Content Expectations
• High-level product descriptions (concise, clear, professional)
• Logical grouping of products per section
• Consistent layout across all sections
• Placeholder tables or layouts where future technical data may be added
• No pricing

The designer is expected to:
• Propose a clear catalogue structure
• Improve readability and flow compared to our current brochure
• Apply consistency across all pages

4. Deliverables
• Final catalogue in print-ready PDF
• Editable source files (InDesign / Illustrator / Figma / Canva or equivalent)
• Cover page + internal section dividers
• Page count to be proposed by designer (expected to be concise, not oversized)

5. Ideal Freelancer
• Proven experience with industrial, engineering, or construction catalogues
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Able to follow brand guidelines precisely
• Comfortable working from reference catalogues
• Detail-oriented and structured
