Indesign Two-Sided Printable Flyer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a rough two-page layout created by our customer as a PNG, but it is not press-ready. I need someone who can rebuild and polish the artwork in InDesign (with support elements in Illustrator where vectors are required), keeping the original look yet correcting spacing, alignment and colour consistency so the piece prints perfectly.
Purpose
This flyer is purely for advertisement and will be handed out to the general public, so the visuals must be clear, engaging and easy to read at a glance.
Specs
• Finished size: US Letter – 8.5" × 11"
• Two full-colour sides
• CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm (⅛") bleed and crop marks
What I will supply
– The customer’s existing .ai file
– Brand colours, fonts and any high-res images that belong in the layout
What I need back
1. Press-ready PDF (front and back) that passes a standard pre-flight check.
2. The packaged InDesign file with all linked graphics and fonts (or outlined text) so my print vendor can make last-minute tweaks if needed.
3. Any updated Illustrator artwork used in the file.
Acceptance
The job is complete once the PDF opens with no missing links or font warnings and shows correct bleeds, trim marks and safe areas on both sides.
If you have experience preparing advertising flyers for commercial printing and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started right away.
PS, this job is on fire, we tried another service, and they spun their wheels for the last 3 days, producing nothing usable.
