Illustrator redrawn cars over selected pictures

I need many cars to be redrawn over selected pictures providedby me. I need all the selections (around 20 cars per major colors) to be drawn with the same selection of colors and to respect the style provided. The cars would need to be drawn only with flat area (no shades). There will be a total of 10 colors (between 8 to 20 cars per colors) the style will always be the same. The car will be only in vectors. I need the source file. The price can be discuss, I open.
