Illustrator-to-Word Conversion & Edits

I need to migrate several Adobe Illustrator layouts into fully editable Microsoft Word documents and then keep those Word files up-to-date as my customer reviews them. Because of contract requirements, the work must be handled by a U.S. citizen physically located in the United States.

Phase one is straight conversion: open each .ai file, reproduce the design in Word, embed high-resolution graphics, and match fonts, colors, and spacing so the new .docx prints indistinguishably from the original. After I share the draft with the customer, you’ll move into revision mode. Typical feedback involves text changes, image adjustments, and layout modifications, plus the occasional request to create or refresh a graphic. Quick turn-around (ideally within 48 hours per revision round) and dependable version control are essential.

Deliverables
• A clean, editable .docx for every Illustrator file supplied
• Print-ready PDF exported from each final Word document
• Brief revision log noting what changed between drafts

Acceptance criteria
• Visual fidelity to the source artwork (fonts, colors, layout)
• All text, images, and styling editable directly in Word—no hidden objects or external links
• Customer feedback implemented accurately within the agreed time frame

Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word (Office 365), and Creative Cloud fonts will likely be your daily toolkit.
