Illustrator Needed for Hostel Merchandise (T-Shirts, Tote Bags, Postcards)

We are looking for a graphic designer to create original merchandise for our hostel on a small island in the Philippines.

Scope of work:
• Two t-shirt designs to start:
• One inspired by our nightly family dinners (we usually play with the phrase “Joining Dinner Tonight?”)
• One that highlights hostel life (family dinners, island rides, social gatherings)
• Additional designs for a tote bag and a postcard
• Two simple graphics that decorate QR codes (one for WiFi access and one for our digital guide). QR codes will be provided — we just need small illustrations or design elements to match our style

Style we’re looking for:
• Playful, colorful, and tropical illustrations
• Designs that reflect the fun, community vibe of hostel life
• Original artwork only (no stock art)
• Must be print-ready and provided in high resolution with editable source files

Requirements:
• Experience with illustration for apparel or merchandise is a plus
• All designs must be original and made specifically for our hostel
• Full commercial rights will transfer to us after payment

Budget:
Open to quotes for individual illustrations or a package deal.
